My name is Andrea Stutz-Haaben, I am a Hatha Yoga teacher and have been living in Spain on the Costa Blanca for 7 years with my husband and my dog.
Since I am 60 years young this year, I am primarily focusing on getting older with all the advantages and possibilities.
I would like to show you how you can practice healthy and good yoga even as you get older or have limitations and how you can maintain a positive attitude towards yourself and your
body.
Yoga (connection of opposites) and Ayurveda (teaching of life) belong together for me, and the asanas in yoga are just as important for keeping my body healthy as the "correct" diet.
In small groups or in the privacy of your own home, I combine HATHA YOGA with BREATHING EXERCISES and RELAXATION.
Elements of YIN YOGA and YOGA NIDRA are always integrated.
I am teaching in german and english. My groups consist of a diverse international audience, which I find very enriching!

I have been practicing Hatha Yoga for more than 20 years in groups that have usually existed for many years - I myself appreciate a familiar and personal
atmosphere with people who have a similar attitude towards life and way of thinking.
In 2016 I completed the basic training as a yoga teacher (200 h) at the Rosenberg Ayurveda Academy in Zurich and Birstein and was also able to acquire basic
knowledge of Ayurvedic teaching (constitution types, nutrition). After that followed educations in YIN YOGA and YOGA NIDRA.
Every person is born with a certain constitution (Dosha), which depends on various factors. Circumstances such as stress, improper diet or illness can throw it out of balance and
make life "difficult" for us.
Getting older also represents a challenge for all of us - acceptance, patience and adaptation to the current state are now required!
Body, mind and soul can only work together; so you can also focus more on your MINDSET when your body shows its limits or you have to live with certain restrictions - yoga is more than physical
exercises!
Last but not least, gratitude and a positive attitude towards life and yourself are an important part of your personal happiness...

For me, yoga is an important part of my life.
Living in harmony with oneself means for me a conscious diet that is appropriate for my type, enough relaxation and balance through my daily portion of yoga or meditation.

My second passion is designing and creating jewelries - for several years I have been creating bracelets and necklaces from
healing stones, silver elements and rare african beads ;-)
For me, the focus is on colors, the combination of special materials and, above all, the uniqueness of the pieces of jewelry.
Since this creative activity gives me so much pleasure and the results apparently also my customers, that encouraged me to also make
MALAS (in the original sense of prayer chains) ;-)
These can be used for meditation or as a very personal piece of jewelry!
